RDF/XML toolkit for ENTSO-E/CGMES power grid data.

Parses CIM RDF/XML to pandas/polars DataFrames, provides query/filter/diff tools,
and exports to Excel, CSV, CIM XML, N-Quads, and NetworkX formats.
